Winter Festival 2009

Another great effort from ENKCA helpers and another fine attendance from our supporters made this Winter Festival even more successful than the one held last year.

All those who organised the event, those who set up the tables, those who decorated the hall, those who donated items, the hard-working catering staff, the sales personnel and everyone else who helped in any way, deserve sincere and bountiful praise.

Why not take part in the raffle ?

Busy, busy, busy.

Gorgeous handbags.
Ideal gift for the one you love (even if it's you).

Reflecting on past times. Unique mirrors hand-made by Bradly from furniture from the old Eassie and Nevay WRI hall.

A friendly chat leads to a good read.

Thanks to Jim Brown who not only entertained us but donated a raffle prize too.

Thanks also to Maureen Jelks (our friend from high places - Kirriemuir)  . . . .
. . . and to Alice Marra of The Hazey Janes.

Good of you both to come out on a wet afternoon to lift our souls with your singing.

The Hazey Janes - what a great band)

Thanks also to John Swinney and Elizabeth who always have time for us even in a busy schedule.

Reasons to smile - we raised more than £1,500 towards the cost of our new Community Hub.
Brilliant work everyone.
