The versatile Community Hall at Balkeerie was transformed into a cabaret club on Saturday night as it provided the venue for an evening of Burlesque entertainment.
An enthusiastic audience, seated at tables, sipping drinks ranging from beer to cocktails, were entertained by energetic performers Scarlett Flame, Favourite Sin, Magenta Lust, Misty Vievavoom and Madame Rose whose acts included singing, exotic dancing and fire-eating.
The atmospheric lighting and involving music came courtesy of Sounds Awesome and thanks go to Louise, Mark, KT and their team for a night of the type of entertainment and fun never before seen in this sleepy hamlet.
Even before the evening was over there were calls for another similar event, so if you missed this opportunity . . . . watch this space.
