Yoga classes start in ENKCA Community Hall at Balkeerie tomorrow, Monday 20th August 2007 at 6.15pm and finish about 745pm.
The Hatha yoga taught by Shona Wallace is easy to follow working to one own ability
The emphasis is on enjoyable stretching exercises for self improvement ..... with the most popular part being the relaxation at the end!
A great stress buster, helps improve sleeps and creaking joints and is recommended for overall general well being. Pilates classes follow similar exercises.
The classes generally run from August until April following school term holidays
Cost £4 per class ( for beginners to come and try)
(£20 block booking preferred if a regular to ensure classes can run covering costs of tutor and hall heating )
Advised accessories:
Loose layers of warm clothing (e.g. joggers t shirt and/or sweatshirt etc)
Exercise mat /blanket and a cover(blanket/sleeping bag to snuggle under for relaxation)
