WRI Annual Trip

Yesterday's beautiful weather proved a bonus for the eleven strong group of WRI members who set out on the annual Rural outing.
This long-standing event has not always been blessed with the best of weather but, despite a misty start, the afternoon was both warm and sunny. Departing the Hall at 1pm, after a short trip through Fife the group arrived at their main destination, the National Trust property, Hill of Tarvit Mansionhouse & Gardens, near Cupar.
After touring the house a small group went into Cupar for a shopping trip whilst the remainder of the party delighted in the colourful and well tended gardens.
High tea was taken at St. Michael's Inn near St. Andrews and the party returned to the Hall for 8pm.
